Refund Policy
No Returns or Exchanges on Handmade Products
All products listed on RacineAtelier.net are handcrafted in small batches. As such:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like change of mind, personal preference, slight variations in size/color, or mistaken orders.

Each item is made with unique natural materials and may carry minor variations that add to its character. These are not considered defects.
Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

How to Request a Refund

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement and only if they have not yet been processed or dispatched.

Once production begins, cancellations are not possible, especially for custom or bulk orders.
